I don't get how weird it is because I have not seen it comprehensively. However, looking at it straight will not reveal any peculiarity. It may be the interior or somewhere in the car that looks wierd. Otherwise, the car looks good enough for me.
It's the paint job (racing stripes) plus the license plate. Someone wanted a Viper on the cheap, and that's what they got.
